New Trek with this tire and in two weeks had three flats wit tiny rocks, one you couldn't even see until I gave it a bubble test This has been on paved or concrete Greenways trails I've ridden on with no flats for seven years.

Comments:
Just purchased second set to replace originals that came on my Trek Crossrip. Only flat was on my rack driving home from a tour, ran over a piece of truck tread and picked up a steel belt wire. Never let me down while riding. I pick off the thorns when I see them sticking to the tire, more than a dozen one time but no flats. The new ones seem more flexible and softer ride, but the old ones had fabric showing through the tread. Maybe more rubber helps!

Comments:
I've had these tires for almost three years and have put on over 6000 miles and they still have plenty of thread left. I use to get flats from very small thorns that blew up on a paved bike trail. I haven't had a flat since. I can't believe how good these tires are. I was hesitant at first to purchase these tires due to the price but now I'd actually pay more. Please don't tell bontrager!! :)

Comments:
Not suited well for Rail-trail riding (hard pack/crushed stone. Flat after ~ 200mi. Doesn't wear particularly well. I'm certain they would be fine on Asphalt; best to keep this tire there.

My wife bought me a new Trek dual sport bicycle for Christmas in 2011. It came with a set of these tires. I am a very avid cyclist and have put 1200 miles on these tires, without any flats. I am just now replacing the rear tire with one exactly the same. They work well rain or shine. I would recommend this tire!
