There will be a shop ride this Sunday July 25th new start time of 7:30 a.m. to try to beat the heat. This is an "A" group ride with speeds averaging 18-24 mph and distances ranging from 40-65 miles. Must have proper pack riding skills. This is a no drop ride.

Come in and check out our selection of water bottles, both regular and insulated. We also stock camelbak products. Look for our various different types of electrolyte supplements as well. Proper hydration and nutrition is the key this summer.

We will now be scheduling our Free Flat Repair Class every third Tuesday of every month. The next class will be July 20th at 7:00 p.m.

What a great weekend of cycling.

I pulled the double this weekend. Had a great road ride on Saturday out at the Gaither ride. Wholly smokes was it fast. And then Sunday went to Boyette with the boys from the shop and did some great mountain biking. (we won't discuss here what we did Saturday night). Wow the trails at Boyette are all they have been cracked up to be. I had not been there for about 4 years and boy what a change. Hope to do it again soon. We'll keep you all posted.

WOW ALMOST A YEAR!!

Wow can't believe its been almost a year since I've blogged on the site. Just wanted to thank all of our customers who were able to attend our St Patty's weekend sale. We truly could not be a success without you all. Just imagine we have been open for 2 1/2 years now and are going strong through tough times. We sincerely want to be here for many years to come to service all of you, our valued customer base. Thanks again and look forward to a great spring season.
