SWFBUD - South West Florida Bicycle United Dealers was formed in February 2007 by six bicycle shops in Tampa, St. Pete, & Clearwater. The shops are Bicycle Outfitters, Carrollwood Bicycle Emporium, Chainwheel Drive, Oliver's Cycle Sports, Revolution Bicycles,& Suncoast Trailside Bicycles.. This group is committed to working together to promote bicycle safety & advocacy in the Tampa Bay Area putting pressure on the local government agencies to clean up our streets, and to follow the existing laws for new road construction when concerning bicycle lanes, along with hosting the 3rd annual Bicycle Bash by the Bay.
